The London Harvest Festival is a free event and you attend at your own risk. We will do our best to help ensure your health and security but we need your cooperation.
The London City Farms and Community Gardens Association has hired a professional photographer to take photos at the event.
These photos may be published on our website, and will be shared with farms, gardens and other projects that participate in the show for their marketing purposes.
Our photographer will ask for verbal permission before taking a direct photo, but may be unable to get your permission if you are in a group shot.
If you do not want your photograph taken, please speak with the photographer, or come to the info tent and speak with Rachel.
If you believe a photograph of you or someone in your care has been taken without permission, please contact Rachel@londonharvestfestival.org.uk after the event to retrieve the photo and have it deleted from our files.
ITV may also be present to film. If you do not wish to be filmed please let them know.
