On 25 September 2025, the London City Farms & Community Gardens Association, partnered with Social Farms & Gardens to produce our second Community Gardens Showcase.

The afternoon started with a walking tour of garden projects managed by Hammersmith Community Gardens Association
Representatives of 20 community gardens from all over London spoke about the importance of their work to guests representing over 30 companies and other charities. Partnerships between the gardens and businesses are already starting to take shape.
Special thank you to Hammersmith Community Gardens Association for loaning us their beautiful greenhouse in Ravenscout Park for the event, and to Social Farms & Gardens for funding the event through their grant from City Bridge Foundation.
